Sharp was raised in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in the world of music. In the Hochstein School of Music, she studied cello, clarinet as well as piano. The passion she had for theatre in school was the reason she applied to The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp decided to make a move into theatre after graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp performed on her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. And she played eight roles in the comedy interactive Eat the Runt. Other theatre shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin' Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp read alongside playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp is engaged in several projects of her own which include screenplays and productions. Sharp performs and is currently working on a full length album. When she isn't working in either front of or behind the camera, or working in a studio to record songs, Sharp has a love of fitness. She is always the gym and studies Krav Maga.. She is also a piano player along with hiking, and taking long road trips. Sharp lives within Los Angeles with family.
