Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur, Illinois on 23 July 1971, is a well-known and wealthy Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes and she were two of the earliest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss - born July 23rd 1971 - is an American bluegrass and country singer. Her age was just teen when she first entered the world of music, having won local contests from the age of 10 old and recording her debut album at fourteen years of age. When she was 14, she debuted her first solo album, after joining Rounder Records. In addition, she was invited to the group Alison Krauss Union Station where she is still performing. Later, in 1989 her debut solo album was released in conjunction with the band.
